1865

John Lodge forms Lodge and Sons, a Stationer and Bookseller based in West Street, Bristol.
 

1996

Lodge and Sons merge with Young and Humphrys to create Young Humphrys and Lodge. All print production is moved to Young and Humphrys site in central Bristol.
 

2006

PRISM move to a new office, warehouse and print production facility in Emersons Green, Bristol.
 

2011

PRISM launch their iconic Superhero branding. New digital printing equipment is installed, a new office is opened in Melksham and turnover doubles in the year.
 

2013

Investments continue in technology, print equipment and the development of our industry-leading sales force.
 

2015

We relocated our Taunton office to a purpose built location providing us with the space to continue to invest in our South West regional sales team, and build a dedicated customer service team within the region it serves. Investments in additional litho and digital presses also took place enabling us to continue providing superb quality print to our customers.
 

2017

We launched our managed document services offering combining printer fleet management and a secure shredding solution. We also grew our presence further in the South West with the acquisition of the highly regarded Samson Office business. Based out of Ilminster, we maintained the existing team and added new resource as sales of new product areas including office furniture, print and managed document services started to grow.

1897

Lodge and Sons start to print items on their own premises. 1932 Frank Lodge takes control of the business from his father. 1947 Lodge and Sons becomes an incorporated company.
 

1999

Young Humphrys and Lodge changes its name to Print and Stationery Management, becoming PRISM.
 

2010

PRISM undergoes a change of ownership, and together with a new management team sets about the latest phase of its development evolving the business into a national provider of office products, print and associated services.
 

2012

Many new contracts are won supplying well-known businesses throughout the UK. Further investments are made in printing equipment and associated technology, a new office is opened in Taunton and sales grow by over 40% in the year.
 

2014

As a result of further continued growth throughout the business and the launch of our office interiors division, PRISM moved to much larger premises. The new facility greatly increases our capacity to support new print management and office interiors contracts.
 

2016

Having acquired the well-respected FX Direct business, we expanded into Surrey and London opening a new office to serve this market.
